We are seeking a mid-level digital media buyer with 2 or more years of experience in all branches of digital media buying including but not limited to Programmatic Display, ConnectedTV, Native, Search, and Social. The right candidate will be a big-picture analytic thinker with the ability to not only understand ROI-driven marketing, but how to optimize for it. In addition this candidate will be expected to be client facing and must be comfortable in presentation settings with C-suite level executives.
Qualifications
• 2+ years paid media buying experience in an advertising agency environment
• College graduate in Marketing, Communication or related field (BA / BS)
• Experience in planning and execution of primarily digital media campaigns
• Management of programmatic media platforms such as Centro, The Trade Desk or similar
• Understanding of ad servers such as Sizmek, DoubleClick, etc to traffic digital assets and reporting
• Understanding of media math to create media plans and analyze data according to KPIs
• Development of in-depth analysis and reporting on both traditional and digital media
• Possess strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage a large work flow within time constraints
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel is key)
• Self-motivated, well-organized and assertive, with exceptional analytical skills
• Familiarity with both digital and traditional media buying tactics
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with management, employees, vendors and clients

General Details
Location: Coral Springs, FL
Monday-Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm
Salary: $40-65,000 annually based on experience
