Axiom is seeking an experienced, client-facing Account Services Manager to join the team!

This position requires a mix of strategy, creativity, and service-orientation for managing client accounts and is primarily responsible for driving client happiness through high-quality campaign partnership activities.


  • Represent Axiom as the primary campaign point-of-contact, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to your assigned customer portfolio and making timely, strategic recommendations to satisfy campaign objectives.
  • Lead day-to-day client communications and escalations, striking a balance between the needs of your portfolio and those of our internal protocols.
  • Represent your clients voice throughout the campaign lifecycle by effectively communicating the campaign vision, and ensuring client requests are fulfilled and deliverables are aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Manage the creation of high-impact client reports
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow business within your portfolio
  • Partner with cross-functional teams in co-creating and improving campaign execution processes as Axiom continues to grow.


  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing account/client management role at either a digital advertising agency or as part of an in-house creative team for a large brand.
  • Proven experience being a strategic client advisor for branding, design, digital, ad, and experiential campaigns.
  • Proven experience creating client-facing campaign launch and wrap presentations, leveraging data insights and sales objectives in service of renewals/upsells (note – we may request sample material).
  • Ability to handle the stress of multi-tasking and effectively managing multiple high-pressure deadlines. You must be skilled at simultaneously overseeing at least 5 live campaigns at any given time.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate campaign objectives and client needs that translate into clear next steps for your team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating cross-functionally.

Compensation: Commensurate with Experience
